Aiphone GT-2V3 2 Apartment Multi Tenant 3.5" Video Intercom System Set(GT-1M3)
The Aiphone GT-2V3 2 Apartment Multi Tenant Video Intercom System Set(GT-1M3) offers advanced video technology for dependable communication between apartments. With this system, you can always stay informed of important visitors and deliveries for added peace of mind.
The GT-2V3 consists of 2 x 3.5" video intercom tenant station for the GT series Multi-Unit entry system. It is equipped with Door Release, Option, and Guard buttons.
The GT-1M3 is a multifunctional audio/video station designed for use with the GT Series Multi-Tenant Video Intercom system.
It features door release and talk buttons, as well as a concierge/security guard call button and an option button for controlling external devices, such as lights.
The station also includes zoom and light adjustment buttons for the entry camera. When a visitor calls, the tenant station will ring and display video on screen.
By pressing the talk button, the call can be answered.
Additionally, the GT-1M3 can call the Concierge/Security Guard station(s), activate an external light during a conversation with a visitor at the entrance, and receive emergency tones from a pull cord or panic call button.

- 170° Pan Tilt & Zoom video camera for larger viewing area
- Built-in access code keypad for keyless entry (500 codes)
- Alpha-numeric room numbering
- Link data allows for easy programming of multiple entrances/guard stations
- Up to 16 entrance panels,4 guard stations and 500 tenant stations
- Simple wiring with only 2 common wires for audio
- Access control from inside station to calling entrance (door release)
- Optional individual doorbell to ring tenant stations
- Optional individual audio only door station or video door station to ring tenant station (GT-2C only)
- Door release timer (momentary~20 seconds)
- Security guard station can be included to provide communication between office/lobby and tenants
- Optional panic call switch for emergency calling to guard/concierge
- Optional postal lock module,allowing easy entry for postal and delivery workers (modular design only)
- Security guard can screen calls from visitors (Reception Mode)
- Both audio/video and audio-only entrance panels can be combined in the same system
- LED's at door allow use in low light conditions
- Only 2 additional wires are required to add video
- Tenant can view entrance panel by pressing "key" button
