This FSH Magnetic Door Holder is the perfect extension for your needs. It adds an additional 150mm of length, providing you with the flexibility to install your door holder in various locations.

This magnetic door holder is designed for heavy duty fire and smoke doors, with a 40kg holding force and a sleek titanium alloy surface finish. It is typically installed on fire and smoke doors in projects where the doors need to stay open for pedestrian and general traffic, and must be connected to a building fire/smoke alarm system for proper operation.

When an alarm occurs, power is removed from the devices and the doors are returned to the closing position, preventing the spread of fire and/ or smoke to the areas. The devices are fire tested to a rating of 4 hours and are supplied either 12 or 24 VDC.
